    Angela Mccahey - Clinical Psychologist

    Angela is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and improve their well-being. She has a growing interest in fertility and perinatal related mental health. Angela creates a safe, non-judgmental space and takes a collaborative approach to support each person’s unique needs.
    Angela has a Bachelor of Nursing from Deakin University in 2013 with further study in Psychology at the University of Melbourne and an equivalent honours year at Monash before completing her Masters of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) at Cairnmillar Institute in 2021.
    Most recently, Angela has worked in eating disorders and adolescent mental health at Monash Health and further study in prenatal/postnatal & fertility care under the supervision of Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, A/Prof Dr Charles Siles.

    Meuni is a passionate physiotherapist who earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University in 2017 & recently completed her Doctor of Medicine in 2025. Her professional journey encompasses diverse settings, including paediatrics, community health, group exercise programs, and acute hospital care. Dedicated to delivering high-quality care, Meuni takes pride in supporting her clients to reach their health and mobility goals.

    She became a part of Club Siles to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, aiming to offer a holistic approach that enhances each client's functional abilities and overall quality of life. Beyond her professional commitments, Meuni cherishes time with her family and has a passion for travel, having explored over 20 countries.

    Steph Rendell - Dietician

    Steph is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist with extensive experience in the UK and Australia, working across a variety of specialties including cardiology, oncology, intensive care, gastroenterology, surgical care and women’s health.
    She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics in the UK, where she began her career as a clinical dietitian across major NHS hospital settings. Steph has a special interest in women’s health, gut health, pelvic pain and fatigue, and takes a preventative, whole-person approach to nutrition care.
    Her practice is rooted in the principles of Health at Every Size (HAES®) and trauma-informed care, creating a supportive and inclusive space where clients feel safe, heard and empowered. She is passionate about early intervention and long-term, sustainable strategies that improve quality of life and reduce symptom burden.
    Steph values working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and brings a warm, compassionate presence to her role. She is currently completing Monash FODMAP training, with further plans to pursue additional qualifications in fertility nutrition and eating disorder-informed practice.
    Outside of work, Steph enjoys cooking, exploring Melbourne’s coffee scene, and keeping active through running and cycling.

    Dr Ayushi Sahu - General Practitioner

    Dr Ayushi Sahu is an Australian trained General Practitioner who loves to care for people of ages, gender and background. She was raised in Melbourne but attended medical school in Queensland, residency at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital/Queensland Children's Hospital and finally completed her Fellowship of General Practice training in the suburbs of Brisbane. She has also undergone further training in Women’s Health and attained a RANZCOG Certificate of Women’s Health in 2020. After over a decade away, she returned to Melbourne in early 2024 to be closer to her family. Dr Ayushi is passionate about all areas of general practice and has a special interest in Women’s Health, Paediatrics and Mental Health. She aims to care for you holistically and with up to date evidence based medicine.
    In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, travelling or immersing herself in a novel.

    A/Prof Dr Charles Siles - Co-Founder, Specialist

    A/Professor Dr. Charles Siles is a highly experienced medical professional specializing in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Sonology. He graduated with an MBBS from Melbourne University in 1984 and further specialized in these fields, completing ultrasound training in Sydney, Oxford, and Washington. He collaborated with Professor Nicolaides in developing the Down Syndrome screening program and worked on the 3D/4D ultrasound prototype in Spain.
    A/Professor Siles has held various roles, including Senior Consultant at the Royal Women's Hospital, Medical Director/CEO of Sileshealth, Senior Consultant at the Mercy Hospital for Women, and Senior Lecturer at Deakin University. He is a Clinical A/Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, focusing on ultrasound, genetics, fetal cardiology, and medical statistics. Additionally, he is a Bioethicist, Medicolegal Specialist, and a Fellow of the Australian College of Legal Medicine, serving on the Research Ethics Committee at Oceanic University of Medicine.

    A/Professor Siles has three children who have occupied most of his social time, and he enjoys a special bond with them. Despite his professional experience, his main pride is being a father.
